If there's one thing I take seriously, it's cookies. Especially cookies I can demolish without my stomach filing a formal complaint.
So when I cracked open the Kinnikinnick Gluten-Free Vanilla Wafers, I was expecting… You know… the usual gluten-free "good intentions but tastes like sadness" vibe.
But NO.
These little wafers came out swinging.
Listen. They smell EXACTLY like Nilla Wafers. Like childhood. Like banana pudding at grandma's. Like the snack you hid in your locker in middle school.
Spot. Freaking. On.
They do have a slight lemon-y note compared to regular Nilla Wafers , but honestly? It works.
They're sweet, crisp, and I weirdly prefer them. Ya girl might be in her Kinnikinnick era now.
Obviously, I'm trying them in banana pudding next—because if I'm going to emotionally attach myself to a cookie, I need to see its full potential and move past the first date.
IMBHO? We made it to second base.
