These are plant-based Keto bars; it’s always tough to find good snacking items that fit this eating lifestyle. Each bar has 5 grams of net carbs and 9 grams of protein, but that’s where the positives end.
Not your ordinary dip
The label was very clean, mostly organic ingredients of potatoes, cashews, carrots, onions, tomatoes, green chilis, vinegar, sea salt and jalapenos. I wish every label I read had ingredients like this.
